Thank you so much for the wonderful experience of watching our dark, old, drab kitchen turn into a beautiful, warm country kitchen!  When you came to our home, i remember the first thing you said was, "you definitely need a new kitchen!".  How true that was.  When I explained to you what I wanted in my new kitchen, (which was a beautiful country kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space),  you designed it perfectly!  Any questions or concerns we had about your design were handled with expertise and patience.  The actual remodeling was done so professionally by Braden Campbell.  I was able to be there for most of the remodel and Braden was professional and courteous in every way.  He is so talented at what he does from drywall to hanging cabinets to doing the beautiful back wall splash and he is a wonderful kind young man.

Just wanted to write and let you know we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. You were able to take our vision and rough sketches and refine them into a great finished product. We love the high quality of the Kahle’s cabinetry and can’t say enough good things about Mark and Rich and the job they did.

As you know, we were a bit hesitant at first about not being there when the work was being done and having “strangers” in the house but as you assured us, there were no worries at all. Your crew did a fantastic job containing all the dirt and dust to just the kitchen area and after reading and hearing horror stories about people who’s remodel went on for months, we were very happy you completed our job in the two weeks you promised (other than waiting for granite to be fabricated which you told us would be longer)..

We were also pleased you worked with our vision and choices and just offered some suggestions were necessary. As you are aware, we were pretty hands on in the planning and design process and had a good idea of exactly what we wanted. Unlike some others we initially met with, you didn’t try to impose your vision on us but rather helped us bring our vision to reality.

This letter is long past due, but I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated the last two major remodeling jobs you did for me. The kitchen is absolutely extraordinary. No one can believe that from the time it was gutted and finished, it only took 9 days to complete and that included plumbing, wiring, flooring and construction. My sister recently had hers done and she was torn up for 6 months. Your contractor on that job was the best. This year you did the bathroom for me and it is gorgeous. Your entire crew was very professional and always arrived early and only stopped for lunch.

From the time the two of us sat down and worked on the basic design, went and picked out materials (which was always fun) and until the last fixture was hung, it was a very positive experience. Thanks for always being available and returning my calls when questions came up.
